Late entries are possible (till 24th of November, 9.00) = 50% higher entry fee.
Entry fee:
- participants of the World Senior Championship 2018 = 10 euro,
- players with Slovenian FIDE ELO = 10 euro,
- other players = 20 euro.
Payments can be made only in cash, in the tournament office (Grand Hotel Toplice Bled), or on 24th of November from 8.00 - 9.30. No entries after 9.45 will be accepted!
Tournament system: Swiss system, 9 rounds, 10 min + 5 sec per move.

Prizes (in euro, gross*):

Category prizes: best woman, U20 (1998 and younger), U14 (2004 and younger), ˂ ELO 2.000**, ˂ ELO 1.800, ˂ ELO 1.600 = 60, 40***.
Best seniors (1968 and older): 200, 150, 100, 80, 60, 40.
Best seniors (1953 and older): 200, 150, 100, 80, 60, 40.
* Gross = -25% for Slovenian citizens, -10,5% fort the foreigners. All prize winners have to show ID card or passport.
** FIDE ELO rating.
***With minimum 6 players in the group. With less, only first prize (60 euro) will be distributed.
Maximum one prize (higher) for one player.
Tie-break:
(a) Results of direct encounters between the tied players (it applies to the situation only if all tied players played with each other),
(b) Buchholz Cut 1,
(c) Bucholz,
(d) equal prizes.
The tournament will be rated for FIDE rapid rating.
All equipment (chess clocks, chess sets) will be provided by organizer.
